Is there any test data available for:

I would like to test, but my subscription does not have applicable data for this API call

    Apologies for delayed response @Hennie van Zyl . Unfortunately, you do need access to an existing billing account in order to use the Billing Accounts API method. There isn't a way to use "test data". If the use of test data is for testing a system you're developing, I would advise using the Sample Response on the documentation to mock the response.
