Azure billing API test or dummy data

Is there any test data available for:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/billing/2019-10-01-preview/billing-accounts/get?tabs=HTTP#code-try-0

I would like to test, but my subscription does not have applicable data for this API call

Apologies for delayed response @Hennie van Zyl . Unfortunately, you do need access to an existing billing account in order to use the Billing Accounts API method. There isn't a way to use "test data". If the use of test data is for testing a system you're developing, I would advise using the Sample Response on the documentation to mock the response.
