Didn't receive the exam coupen, even though i completed the cloud challenge.

I have completed the Azure cloud challange of Azure Data Scientist and completed all the modules. But still I did't get the exam coupens for claiming In the start I have received the mail for signing into the cloud challenge, then how come i didn't any
