How can I import information to excel spreadsheet when it says my pc doesn't support it and to check with my software provider

    What's the version of your Office?
    Please go to Excel > File > Account > Product Information, check the version and number, then share the information with us.

    Could you please take a screenshot of the error message? This behavior could help us understand your issue better.

    Where is the information from? Does it comes from 3rd-party software?
    And what's the format of this data file? Such as txt file, .xlsx file.
