Hello,

I'm in the process of creating a ticketing system using Microsoft Lists, which I plan to integrate with a specific channel in Microsoft Teams.

When a user needs to create a new ticket, the ticket form will include columns like "Assigned To" and "Raised By." I would like to set the "Assigned To" column to have a default value of a specific member's name. Additionally, when a team member creates a ticket, I want their name to be automatically set as the default value for the "Raised By" column.

For "Raised By" column, I suggest you use "Create by" column to replace "Raised By" column. Click Add column -> Show or hide columns -> Click "Create by" column.

For "Assigned To" column, click Open in the SharePoint -> In the SharePoint list, click Integrate -> PowerApps -> Customize forms -> Then follow below references to set person and group column default value by using PowerApps.
