Need Help Regarding Azure Recommendation : SQL Database Single/Elastic Pool General Purpose - Compute Gen5 | West US 2 | Three Years

Hi guys, I started using Azure Cloud Recently, I'm new to this platform but I would like to learn new things.

I have some questions regarding by azure Recommendations : SQL Database Single/Elastic Pool General Purpose - Compute Gen5 | West US 2 | Three Years

I have been using azure cloud SQL Database (General Purpose: Gen5, 2 vCores) & My Monthly Cloud Bill is estimate 400 USD

I Received a Azure Recommendation for the below product

SQL Database Single/Elastic Pool General Purpose - Compute Gen5 | West US 2 | Three Years (USD 50 Per month and I could save USD 125)

I have the below concerns

1. If a add this product for my subscription my estimate monthly bill would be (375[M cost]-125[savings]+50[elastic pool General Purpose] = 300[new monthly cost]) ?
2. If I would like to discontinue the committed usage like within 3 months of usage will there be any additional cost to discontinue the product or any other one time cost ?

1. Those are estimations made by Azure recommendations.
2. Microsoft is currently not charging an early termination fee, but in the future there might be a 12% early termination fee for cancellations.
