ModelBuildError: Generic error during processing labels for

I'm using the Custom Extraction Model feature, and have already successfully trained and tested a model in the program.

I've now attempted to enhance the labelling further and added additional fields, and now faced with the following error when trying to train a new version of the previous model:
Could not build the model: Only 1 valid input document(s) were found. Please provide at least 5 input documents. Generic error during processing labels for 1.pdf Generic error during processing labels for 3.pdf Generic error during processing labels for 4.pdf Generic error during processing labels for 2.pdf

This occurs when I select either the Neural or Template build mode.

Why is this coming up? Could it be that the labelling for some of the categories doesn't read through as consistent, or is it an API version/bug issue? or something else?

Have you submitted at least five documents as input? Also, please confirm with all the documents if you have used any similar field names, usually the error may cause by inconsistent field name.

Yes, I have submitted 5 documents for training input.

The field I can pick out that may be similar in name is 'header' and 'heading', Could that be an issue?

@Bangura, Jamal , if the field names created were unique then it should be fine.
