    Hi @Redistro ,

    Welcome to our forum!

Do other users in your organization encounter the same issue in the same channel?

Based on my research, i didn't find official documentation describing the Outlook versions and channels that support Microsoft Loop, but the following condition to use Microsoft Loop in Outlook:

    1

Please check whether these criteria are met in your current Outlook. More information: Use Loop components in Outlook.

If so, please kindly understand that the Outlook tag here we mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client. It's suggested that you could post your case in dedicated forum for Microsoft Loop for more professional suggestions. Thanks for your understanding and hope your issue would be resolved soon.

We are having the same issue with Semi-Annual channel, but we have always been on SA.

I found this post in the Roadmap that seems to imply, that Loop is only released to the Targeted Release, Current and Current (Preview) channels:

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-sg/microsoft-365/roadmap?rtc=1&searchterms=93234&filters=&searchterms=93234

My testing today seems to support/confirm that assumption. I installed the newest version of the SA Channel, but it is still not in Outlook. I then installed the Current Channel and it was available.

    Eric
