We have windows 2003 server which is running website and SharePoint site on it. we are implemented Enterprise Site list for all legacy site in order open in IE mode. everything working on windows 10 machine(after enabling tls 1.0)

in windows 11 machine we are getting TLS error. even though we manually enabled via registry and internet options site is not working throwing below error.

"Can’t connect securely to this page

This might be because the site uses outdated or unsafe TLS security settings. If this keeps happening, try contacting the website’s owner.

Your TLS security settings aren’t set to the defaults, which could also be causing this error."

    Hi @Karthikeyan R

For this issue, please refer to this document: KB5017811—Manage Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.0 and 1.1 after default behavior change on September 20, 2022.

I think you need to meet two requirements. Please refer to the related paragraph in the doc:

    1. Enable TLS version 1.1 and below. User's image
    2. Enabling insecure TLS fallback.User's image
