When configuring the downstream servers in autonomous mode, the administrator can select the languages, products, classifications, and updates to be synchronized from the upstream server. By default, these settings are inherited from the upstream server, but they can be modified as needed.
If a different selection of products and classifications is made in the downstream server, no additional patches will be downloaded from the upstream server for those products and classifications that are not selected. The downstream server will only download and distribute the patches that are approved and downloaded by the upstream server for the selected products and classifications.
To achieve this, the administrator must configure the synchronization options in the downstream servers to match those of the upstream server and periodically verify that the synchronization is working as expected.
