Microsoft Q&A site is so user-unfriendly

I am having a hard time using this Q&A site as data gets loaded so slowly and also there is no deletion function.

If I remember correctly, Microsoft updated this Q&A site in less than a year ago, but still it is not a stage where user feels comfortable adding contents.

I am sure it is a data load balancing issue between different servers, but can it be better?

Here is a scenario.

1. When I add a comment or a new question, it does now show up (unless after 10 min or so) so sometimes it goes to some 404 site. Uploading image file and hoping it would show up right away is worst scenario.

So, there were numerous incidents that I had to put same questions over and over, not knowing that the original question was added to somewhere in Microsoft database server.

I literally have to use other text app to save my content before uploading on this site so that I do not take a risk of retyping whole content again.

1. I really hope there is a delete function. I believe "edit" function was added later (after new release), but still, we need a deletion function.

Microsoft should be a leader on this Q&A site as a lot of developers rely on this site.
