we would like to know if i can copy a vm from one tenant to another tenant

also would like to know if we can have all the networking and associated rules copied

    Hi, Srao

    Not directly, you would need to use a third party backup tool, or export the VHD and import it into the new tenant (Storage account, then create a VM off that).
