Conectar plugin teams en moodle

Hola !

Necesito conectar Teams con moodle.

He realizado los pasos de instalar plugin y ejecutar powershell.

He suscrito a una prueba premiuim gratuita en azure. Pero a la hora de ejecutar ese comando, me da ese erro:

Necesito una cuenta de pago de temas ? activar alguna opcion en mi perfil azure ? Soy nuevo, usaba chamilo y bb ademas de no ser informatico jajja gracias por la ayuda
