Hi @XchangeVisions , what troubleshooting have you done so far? Can you please try the following and let me know if it works:
- Ensure your macOS and Remote Desktop client are up-to-date.
- Verify that your Azure AD credentials are correct and have the necessary permissions to access the VM.
- Check your network settings and ensure there are no firewalls or proxies blocking the connection.
Also, try downgrading from the latest version of the Remote Desktop client for Mac and see if that changes anything. Please let me know the results and I can help you further.
