Connecting to Azure AD joined Azure VM using AAD credentials.

We're seeing the following error on at least the latest version of the Remote Desktop client for Mac from Apple's App Store (v10.8.4 running on macOS 13.4.1(a)):

AADSTS50011: The redirect URI 'msauth://com.microsoft.rdc.macos' specified in the request does not match the redirect URIs configured for the application '5177bc73-fd99-4c77-a90c-76844c9b6999'. Make sure the redirect URI sent in the request matches one added to your application in the Azure portal. Navigate to https://aka.ms/redirectUriMismatchError to learn more about how to fix this.

Hi @XchangeVisions , what troubleshooting have you done so far? Can you please try the following and let me know if it works:

    1. Ensure your macOS and Remote Desktop client are up-to-date.
    2. Verify that your Azure AD credentials are correct and have the necessary permissions to access the VM.
    3. Check your network settings and ensure there are no firewalls or proxies blocking the connection.

Also, try downgrading from the latest version of the Remote Desktop client for Mac and see if that changes anything. Please let me know the results and I can help you further.

    Best,

    James
