MS Outlook can't use ActiveSync (but Outlook for Mac can)

Hello! Please help with ActiveSync connection - I can't set up my Outlook 2019 to use Exchange ActiveSync. And most strange thing is: Office for Mac (Outlook) is working perfectly but MS Outlook show me a window (screenshot is in attachment). I tried to test EAS using MS Remote Connectivity Analyzer and it didn't find any problems: ------------ The Microsoft Connectivity Analyzer is testing Exchange ActiveSync. Exchange ActiveSync was tested successfully. Additional Details Elapsed Time: 9975 ms. Test Steps Attempting to resolve the host name mail.ztsm.ru in DNS. The host name resolved successfully. Additional Details IP addresses returned: 80.79.71.5 Elapsed Time: 199 ms. Testing TCP port 443 on host mail.ztsm.ru to ensure it's listening and open. The port was opened successfully. Additional Details Elapsed Time: 149 ms. Testing the SSL certificate to make sure it's valid. The certificate passed all validation requirements. Additional Details Elapsed Time: 3184 ms. Test Steps The Microsoft Connectivity Analyzer is probing the TCP endpoint 80.79.71.5 on port 443 to detect which SSL/TLS protocols and cipher suites are enabled. We were able to detect the enabled protocols and cipher suites.     Hi @Evgeny Shupik ,
    What's the version of your Outlook 2019? (File > Office Account > About Outlook). Please make sure you have upgraded your Outlook to the latest version.

    As I know, Outlook should be able to support Exchange ActiveSync account. I tested in my Outlook 2019 Version 2009 Build 13231.20418 and can successfully add Exchange ActiveSync account like below.

    By the way, how did you add the Exchange ActiveSync email account? As I know, in Outlook desktop client, we can add Exchange ActiveSync email account via Control pane > Mail(Microsoft Outlook) > Email Accounts > Email > New > Manual setup or additional server types > Exchange ActiveSync. Make sure you have typed the correct mail server and Password.

    But faced with trouble again - here is "Inbox" and "Sent Items" folders and also cyrillic-named folder "Отправленные" so all the messages I sent will copy to Sent Items (locally) but not to "Отправленные" (to mail server). And I see no method to change folder for Sent Items.

    To further confirm your issue, it is suggested to log in to your web mail and check your folders in your web mail. Usually one email account should only have one Sent Items folder.
