Neither model GPT4-8k nor GPT4-32k version 0314 can be deployed in Azure OpenAI, the option is missing

Question

Models GPT4-8k and GPT4-32k version 0314 are not deployable in Azure OpenAI, they are missing from the options. On top of that, many other models that were deployable are also missing.
