Trying to deploy AVD but the operations fails with the message: reported a failure when processing extension 'Microsoft.PowerShell. DSC'

    Looking at this error:

    "Error downloading after 17 attempts: Unable to connect to the remote server."

    It looks like there is an outbound connectivity problem reaching that destination.

    Do you have NSG's applied to the AVD Subnet that is blocking outbound traffic, or is there an Azure Firewall deployed where you need to open outbound ports?
