Two computers on LAN "MA" and "KA"
Both are seen on "This PC" of each; KA can access files on MA
BUT
MA cannot see files on KA -
Each attempt
Returns "KA is not accessible ...
the referenced account is currently locked ...

How can I unlock it, presumably KA.Should I change password? what happens to PIN access settings then!
Recommendations please, Thanks!

    Hi,@Joseph Maxwell

It sounds like you are having trouble accessing files on KA from MA due to a locked account error.this error usually occurs when you enter an incorrect password too many times and windows locks your account for security reasons..

There are a few possible ways to fix this issue:

1.You can wait for 10-30 minutes and then try to sign in again with the correct password.

2.You cancheck the account lockout threshold policy settings on KA and see if you can change or disable them.

3.You can delete the cached credentials on MA and see if that sesolves the error.

    Hope the information is helpful.

    Best Regards,
