Resources and Resource Groups Are Not Appearing

Today I noticed that my resources within resource groups and resource groups themselves are not appearing after being created in Azure. I can see the resources/RGs at the Azure home page under "Recent", but cannot see them when looking at my resource groups.

I've attempted to clear all filters and change everything to "all" with no success. I just started noticing this today and the issue appears to be new.

I've attached a screenshot of my resource group BC-Group-Replica showing up in "Recent" but not in my resource groups.

Also, resources and resource groups are appearing in Azure PowerShell, so it appears to be an issue with the portal itself.

    Hi Jovan,

If you're experiencing an issue where resources within resource groups and the resource groups themselves are not appearing in the Azure portal, there could be a few possible reasons for this behavior. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:

    • Refresh the Portal: Sometimes, the portal may not load the resources correctly due to temporary glitches. Try refreshing the portal page (F5 or Ctrl + F5) to see if the resources appear after the refresh.
    • Check Resource Group Filters: Make sure that you have selected the correct subscription and that there are no filters applied to the resource group view. Click on "Resource groups" in the left-hand menu, and then check that the "All" filter is selected, and there are no other filtering options active. Verify Resource Group Name: Double-check the spelling and casing of the resource group name "BC-Group-Replica." Azure resource names are case-sensitive, so if you've typed the name differently, it might not be showing up in the list. Check Resource Group Scope: Ensure that you are viewing the resource groups within the correct Azure AD tenant and subscription. Sometimes, users may have access to multiple subscriptions or directories, and this could lead to confusion. Check Permissions: Verify that you have the necessary permissions to view the resource groups and resources. If you don't have the appropriate access rights, you may not be able to see the resources even though they exist. Resource Group Creation Delay: In some cases, there might be a delay in resource group creation being fully propagated to the portal. This delay is usually minimal (a few seconds to minutes), but sometimes it can take longer. Check Azure Status: Check the Azure status page (https://status.azure.com/) to see if there are any ongoing issues with the Azure portal that might be affecting resource visibility.
    • Try Different Browsers: Sometimes, browser-related issues can affect how resources are displayed in the Azure portal. Try accessing the portal from a different browser or an incognito/private browsing window to see if the issue persist

    I hope this helps?
