I am having dell latitude 3480

my windows 10 pro OS crashed

so I reinstalled my OS with help of USB installation

it was successful and I could access all my drives but post all updates my data drive got encrypted by bitlocker and now it is giving me error

I am having recovery keys uploaded to my microsoft account

my BIOS and firmware are also updated

Manage-bde -status on this drive is giving me error incorrect parameter

how can I decrypt this drive now
