I have activated the sandbox while I was learning a module, the sandbox got activated and the timer starts, but when I logged in to my azure portal, I can not see a learn subscription added to my account , I have even tried to change then directory but there also I do not see any learning subscription.

Please help me out to get the activated sandbox reflected into my azure portal, so that I can continue my learning.

    Hello @Pratyaduti Mishra !

    Thank you for the update

I am sorry to hear that nothing worked

Can you please tell what kind of account are you using ?

    A personal , work or education ?

When you reach portal.azure.com , please go to Subscriptions and Uncheck this :

    User's image

Also , is there a Directory named Microsoft to change into ?

    I hope this helps!

    Hello @Pratya Duti Mishra !

    Welcome to Microsoft QnA!

There is a number of threads with similar issues

    Please have a look :

In case you are through a VPN disable it

If you are via a Work Environment it may also has policies preventing access

Try another browser Chrome seems to work better

Re enable the Sandbox , log out and login again

    Avoid using Proxy Service

@Pratya Duti Mishra Thank you for reaching out to us, regarding this issue, this is a by design behavior as creating azure sandbox only provides user with contributor access so anything with AAD/RBAC will result in permission error.

Same has been documented here - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/support/use-your-own-subscription

Let me know if you have any further questions, feel free to post back.

    Hello @Pratyaduti Mishra !

Allow me to suggest a very small thing which has been proven to affect connectivity on Azure , especially via Labs and Sandboxes

Please go to your PC Date and Time and just press the Sync

You may also clear Cookies and Data from your Browser as well , before the Time Sync!
