I suggest to try and raise the Quota in your Subscription also

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/quotas/per-vm-quota-requests

This is quite clear ! The VM you are trying to deploy is going to be deprecated

Follow the Table in the link to create the new Target VM that replaces your type

If you look the NC6 is going to

Standard_NC4as_T4_v3 orStandard_NC8as_T4
