    Hello

If your Microsoft 365 login is stuck in a loop, you may need to clear all the local browser storage associated with Office 365. The method varies, depending on which browser you use.

If you are using Chrome, you can follow these steps:

    • Select Settings from the menu.
    • Click “Show advanced settings…” You’ll need to scroll down a bit to find it.
    • Click “Content settings…”
    • Click “All cookies and site data…”
    • Search for office365.com. Results appear.
    • Click “Remove all shown.” If you are having a problem logging into Word or Outlook, repeat this process by deleting office.live.com.

If you are using Firefox, you can try deleting the cookies for office365.com and office.live.com by following these steps:

    • Select Options from the menu.
    • Select Privacy in the left nav pane.
    • Click “remove individual cookies.” A dialog box appears.
    • Search for office.365.com.
    • Click Remove All. Repeat steps 4 and 5 using office.live.com if you have problems logging into Word, Excel or PowerPoint.

If you are using Internet Explorer, you can follow these steps:

    • Select Internet Options from the menu.
    • Click Settings under the General tab.
    • Click View files.
    • Search for and delete any cookies from office365.com.
    • Navigate to the Caches and databases tab in the settings window.
    • Select office365.com and click Delete.
