How to get image (video frame) from each participant in an ongoing meeting call subsequently?

My team is trying to build a feature in MS Teams for real-time engagement detection for our Thesis.
To do this we need to extract video frame in an ongoing online meeting. We've been searching of ways how to do this and found Graph API. However, there seems to be no query to get this when we check out graph explorer.
Can anyone help us with this?
Also, is there a way to connect with an expert in Microsoft Graph? So we can share our idea and discuss the feasibility of our project.
