How to find function?

"To generate a key pair, you can use the TBS_WNV_TPM12_CreateWrapKey or TBS_WNV_TPM20_CreateWrapKey function"

But I can not find TBS_WNV_TPM12_CreateWrapKey and Tbsi_Get_TPM_Handle in tbs.h, why?

Windows SDK version is

There is CreateEndorsementKeyPair in WMI

The key generated by this function is the endorsement key, which is different from generating a key pair through TPM. thanks
