Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments

I got a mail in the quarantine mailbox. I know the sender and need to see the mail, but everytime i try to see the mail i get this message:
"Sign in error. A problem occurred while attempting to sign in. We're having trouble signing you in right now. Please click sign in button below to sign in again, or try it later. "
