Why is there no option to redeem robux on rewards?

I just tried to redeem 1000 robux with my points, but there is no option to do so. I cannot even find the robux redeem on the rewards page. I am confused as to why it is not there. Does anyone know why it is gone and when it'll be back on the page?

im not sure if you are talking about microsoft rewards points.
But if so, as far as i know u should get an confirmation email after claiming the reward with the product code.

you can than activate it under www.xbox.com/redeemcode

at least thats what worked for my gamepass code.

okay i checked the Robux reward.
there is an text saying: the card can only be activated under www.roblox.com

"Dieser Card kann nur unter www.roblox.comfür Robux eingelöst werden."

I mean on aka ms Xbox rewards, the robux redeem option isn't there.

ah now i understand your problem. i can see it still availiable on my rewards dashbord.

but it might be that they deactivate some rewards for some regions from time to time...? i am not sure about that... sorry...
