How to fix NET:ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID for our lyncdiscover url?

We have lyncdiscover.???.???.??? address with Microsoft and the certificate is issued by Microsoft with CN = *.online.lync.com which mismatch with our CN and give mismatch error.
Can Microsoft issue certificate with our CN name to resolve this issue?

What is your environment? On-prem or Online?
It is possible for Microsoft to issue a certificate with your CN name if you have a valid domain and meet their certificate issuance requirement. The wildcard certificate support in Lync Server 2013 is for your reference:
