How do I put in a support ticket for an exam failing using Pearson Vue?

I had made and attempt to write my exam using pearson vue and encountered errors will trying to do my check in.

I would open ticket in two places. First, with Pearson VUE customer support:

Second, please ask your question in the Microsoft Certification forum using link below. There are support moderators over there that will respond to your question in 1 business day and can assist with exam issues:

Once you create question in Certification forum, it is critical to periodically check if they have replied to your message since their email notification system doesn't always work. If you don't respond to them within 2 days they will lock your case and you have to start over.
