Second, please ask your question in the Microsoft Certification forum using link below. There are support moderators over there that will respond to your question in 1 business day and can assist with exam issues:

Once you create question in Certification forum, it is critical to periodically check if they have replied to your message since their email notification system doesn't always work. If you don't respond to them within 2 days they will lock your case and you have to start over.
