How to add account in Autenticator app

I’m trying to add a work account in the Authenticator app. At the last step I have to fill in the number in the app, but I can’t because I’m already in the app. If that makes any sense? You can see it in the screenshot. What can I do?

Hi Enid,

Can you confirm that you've enabled notifications on the app? Enabling this should provide a prompt to enter the number, even if you are in the app. If yes, and it is still not working, you might need to restart the process or remove and re-install the app.
