Having an issue with the desktop app and web version of Teams, when trying to open a hyperlink on the desktop app or web version we are seeing the error " Something went wrong, make sure you've successfully added the app"

one User who is an early adopter, within Teams settings they had a checkbox for Channels 2.0 as soon as i turned this off Hyperlinks are working again.

Could this be an issue with safe links or could this be in relation to channels 2.0?

    Hi @
    GP-1827

    Could you please tell me:

Are other users in the organization having the same problem?

Are any hyperlinks not opening in the channel?

Are you using the preview version of New Teams? If you are using this version, please switch back to the classic version. Many functions of New Teams have not yet been fully launched.

You can also try to clear the team cache or check if Teams is updated to the latest version.

    Clear team cache:

Check if Teams is updated to the latest version:

Strangely its only happening to one user for now, but the user is on an E3 license the same as other users in the Team, We did try the cache but no joy and the issue is exactly the same in the web client? This isnt the preview version we are using either
