How to remove "Sign in with another user" from sharepoint online/365 page

We have a large number of generic devices and our intranet site is based on Sharepoint. However, what we have found is that users are logging into their accounts using the sign in as different user on the login box, once they have done this, their details stay there and other users are able to click and use that account then. How can we remove this option or stop it from displaying the other accounts other than the windows logged in user. o365 Sign in

I tested it on my machine, but I can't reproduce your situation, could you please give more details about this issue? We are eager to solve the problem with you. Thanks. :-)

Hi there thank's for your reply.

So in our environment, we have a large number of generic devices that are setup to auto login with account Gen12345. Once this happens, users are able to browse to our intranet site which is logged in as the Gen12345, however if you click on the top right on the SharePoint page where the users initials are, you are able to select Sign in with a different user. We have had users do this and then access other SharePoint sites they have access to, the issue with this is that they either leave themselves logged in which is an obvious security issue. The other is that there is a list of other usernames that have logged in on this screen and I showed in the image above.

So I am wondering is there a way to disable the Sign Out option, Sign in with different user or have it automatically remove the list of previous logged in users.

Hi @Matthew Fellows ，

Unfortunately, for your situation, there is no OOTB limit, you can try to use development methods to achieve it.

Regarding the list of previous logged in users, this is a feature of the web browser and not SharePoint Online itself. You can clear the list of previous logged in users by clearing your browser's cache and cookies.
