Hi all,

I am trying the "Try Azure AD free" and have already created an account. I'm also able to sign in and see the Azure dashboard.

However, when i try to modify any information, e.g., users/emails, I'm getting this error below.

I'm guessing I'm not the first one trying this but I am really not sure what to do next. I've to sign in and out, tried to follow some of the steps "e.g., check if PersonalMicrosoftAccounts is the value", community posts, etc. but I am unable to proceed further.

Would really appreciate if someone can provide a detail advice!

    Hi @VITSG-CK , this is a pretty common issue! What email are you using to sign in? If it's an external email such as "gmail.com" you need to add it as an external identity.

    If not, please follow these steps and let me know if they help:

    1. Sign out of your Azure account and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.
    2. Ensure that you are using the correct email address and password to sign in.
    3. Check if the email address you are using is a personal Microsoft account or a work or school account. If it is a personal Microsoft account, you may need to create a new work or school account to access the application.
