How can I change my NAV Dynamics password that has expired? I can't sign in at all without getting an error.

When I try and sign into NAV with my username and password, I get an error: the computer can't connect to the remote computer because your password has expired, or you must change the password. How am I to change the password if I can't log in? No matter what I try I have no luck bypassing this error. Please help!!!!
