Not able to login of the Microsoft Certification Member Site

Hi,

Recently i passed Microsoft Certification Exam. and received the MC id and temporary access code in my mail.

But while I am trying to log in to it, it is showing temporary access code expired and not able to reset the access code.

Please Help.
