I passed my AI-900 exam and received a badge from credly for the same. I redeemed that badge using my university email. First of all I can't login on microsoft learn with my university mail and I need the certificate as it is required the most at the moment.
I am attaching my details of the exam report that I got. Either issue the badge and the certificate for the same account from I'm raising this question or re-issue the badge please.
I have already contacted CERT portal and they advised me to consult the issue with Microsoft itself. Please help.

I'd try asking for assistance with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. Participate\Ask A Question Learn / Cert Moderators will help you from there.
