Dear Sir,

My task is to create a crashed windows applicaiton using windows error api, and send the report to microsoft partner center.

I have created a crashed test.exe with the same certification (associated with the same SignalbeFile.bin) as others shown in the partner center dashboard. I have installed it and run the program 100 time a day for 7 consecutive days, however, there is no luck to see the particular application in the company account https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/dashboard/desktop/overview . On the other hand, I do see the report status (send) in my Windows 10 computer (Control Panel\System and Security\Security and Maintenance\Problem Reports).

I just wondering is that because I do not have enought samples such as installation with the massive amount of failures?

Appreciate a lots

Chang-yu

    Hello there,

If a Windows application is not showing in the Microsoft Partner Center, there could be several reasons for this issue. Here are some potential causes and troubleshooting steps:

App Submission Status: Verify the submission status of the application. If the app is still in the submission process, it may not appear in the Partner Center until the submission is complete and the app is approved by Microsoft.

Incorrect Account or Access: Ensure that you are using the correct Microsoft Partner Center account and that you have the necessary permissions to view the application. Only users with appropriate roles and permissions can access and manage app submissions.

Region and Distribution: Check the distribution settings for the application in the Partner Center. If the app is restricted to specific regions or markets, it might not appear for users in other regions.

App Visibility Settings: Review the visibility settings for the app in the Partner Center. Make sure the app is set to be visible in the Microsoft Store and Partner Center.

App Certification Status: If the app has not passed the certification process, it may not be visible in the Microsoft Store or Partner Center. Review any certification feedback and address
