Having some difficulty helping a colleague install Authenticator app and linking it to the Microsoft work account. I have done it for several colleagues phone and this is the first issue I have experienced with it. We downloaded the app > add work or school account> open account settings on outlook> add sign in method> authenticator app> scan QR code > the account appears on the phone> next> prompted with two-digit code> enter code into app> "Says you denied authorization"> tried to do the 6 digit code> says it is the wrong 6 digit code> deleted the app and the sign in method> tried process again> same result. If anyone knows how I could resolve it, please let me know!
