    Hello

It seems that you are experiencing an issue with creating a new NIC team with the same name as a previously deleted one. This error message “Another NIC already exists on this system with the name ‘TEAM’” suggests that the previous NIC team named “TEAM” may not have been completely removed from the system. You can try to remove any remaining traces of the old NIC team by following these steps:

Open the Device Manager and select “View” > “Show hidden devices”.

Expand the “Network adapters” category and look for any hidden network adapters that may be associated with the old NIC team.

Right-click on any hidden network adapters and select “Uninstall device”.

Restart your computer and try to create a new NIC team with the desired name.

As for the error message “Operation timed out: TeamNic installation did not complete in a timely manner. Check if all TeamMembers are disabled”, it suggests that there may be an issue with the installation of the new NIC team. You can try to check if all team members are disabled and ensure that they are properly configured before attempting to create a new NIC team.
