Exam registration Process

I wanted to apply for student discounts as I am currently studying, but it will simply give me

“Sorry, we could not complete the action you specified due to a service interruption. Try again and if the issue persists, contact customer support.”

That as a Reply, whenever I try to go through the exam registration process.

I have changed where I study since I took my first exam, so I am afraid I might have broken something through that.

I know the Tag has nothing to do with the issue - I could not find anything remotely resembling it.
