AFAIK the confidence score of the label is provided in the response along with confidence score of document. I think you can refer the spec document to check which score can be used. For example, a sample response that has label confidence score is mapped in this section of a response.

2023-07-27T14:23:01.15+00:00 @Bhaskar, Alankrit K I think you should be looking at the confidence that the model predicted. Confidence for each word provides you the ability to locate the word on the document from your application if you would like to mark the text.
