manage documents using SCSM (Microsoft Ssystem Service Center)

Hi,

I have a SCSM Server and want to manage all my documents (excel, word, PDF, et cetera) in SCSM. I have no Idea if I can do that with SCSM. Can you help me? Any step by step or Link would be perfect

    Hi @PerserPolis-1732 ,

    please be aware the System Center Service Manager isn't a document management system (DMS).

    For acting as a DMS maybe SharePoint is a better option to manage your documents.

    Ok, it means there is no way to do that with SCSM? And I have to use SharePoint?

    Could you please recommend me some Links for SCSM how I can configure the for example the Incident Management? I want to use the Incident management for our internally Ticket System.
