There is no live thumbnails in a RemoteAPP for a specific app, but every other app has it. What can cause this?

I have this very strange error, and our users needs to it to be fixed: vectoryremoteapperror.PNG
As you can see in the picture, there is no content of the application on the live thumbnail screen, but if i open something from the application (for example a pdf) then it has live thumbnails. I have also tried other applications, but only this one does this. I have tried it with this solution: https://github.com/kimmknight/remoteapptool

which works great in another server (which is old as hell: Server 2012 R2), but in this new Server 2019 it is not working with this specific application. I have tried GPO-s to trick with RDP Session things, like "Optimize visual experience for RDP Sessions" and such but they are not doing anything.

Now I have also tried Windows Server 2022 and Windows 10 Pro too, and they are working as intended.
Also on Windows Server 2019 Hard Disk Sentinel is doing the same as our accounting application, so I think this is some feature in Server 2019...

Any suggestions?

    Hello there,

When dealing with a specific RemoteApp that lacks live thumbnails while all other apps have them, several potential causes might be behind this issue. Some common reasons include:

Unsupported application type: Live thumbnails require certain compatibility and support for the specific application type. If the problematic app is an older or custom application that lacks the necessary components or APIs, it may not be capable of generating live thumbnails.

Configuration settings: The settings for the RemoteApp deployment might be different for this particular app compared to others. Check the configuration settings for the RemoteApp deployment to ensure that live thumbnails are enabled for the problematic app.

Resource limitations: If the app is resource-intensive, the server hosting the RemoteApp might not have sufficient resources to generate live thumbnails for this specific application. Insufficient CPU, memory, or GPU resources can lead to this issue.

Permissions and access: Ensure that the users accessing the RemoteApp have the necessary permissions and access rights to view live thumbnails. If permissions are not set correctly, this feature might not be available for certain users.

Hope this resolves your Query !!
