I am getting vunerability : SSL Certificate Signed Using Weak Hashing Algorithm in windows server for port 1433 having SQL 2016

Where do you get this? And have you installed any certificate, or are you letting SQL Server generate the certificate?

Hi, I have the same vulnerability in our SQL Server 2016, we don’t have any certifícate configure, we need to know how to elimínate this vulnerability (PlugIn 35291 SSL Certifícate Signed Using Weak Hashing Algorithm).

Hi @Lalit Singh Karki

Please make sure the SQL Server Service Account have the necessary permission to access the certificate.

And here is an article which describes how to configure SQL Server for certificates and change encryption settings of the SQL Server instance.
