While exercising createing an azure resource, my deployment was failed.

What is the error message and what is this subscription? Do you mean when you were doing or working on the Microsoft Lab you had this issue? What type of account you have can you provide more details please.

There are several reason that I can think of right away.

Your user may not have permissions to deploy (is your account a business, personal?, are you admin?)
You account may not have permissons to deploy the level/type of resources you were attempting to deploy.

Just like previously stated. More information is needed. The requested information is important (what was the error, what is your sub) but also what permissions does your user have, what type of account? I'd be happy to help if you provide more information.
