    For our better research, please provide more information about this case:

    1. Is there a problem with a specific email or all of them?
    2. Does the problem occur in the Outlook client? If yes, please check if there are any differences in Outlook Web App.

    This can happen due to various reasons, such as large attachments, network issues, email is set to be sent deferred, recently changed password, 3rd party antivirus or Outlook being offline.

    Here are some possible solutions you can try:

    • Close and reopen Outlook, then resend the email. Sometimes, this can help to clear the outbox and send the email.
    • Check your internet connection. Make sure you are online and not in offline mode. You can click on the Send/Receive tab and uncheck Work Offline if it is selected.
    • Work offline and delete the email. You can click on the Send/Receive tab and check Work Offline, then go to your outbox and delete the email that is stuck. You can then uncheck Work Offline and try to send a new email.
    • If there are attachments, please remove the attachment. If your email has a large attachment, it may take longer to send or cause errors.
