For some reason we are having trouble accessing our server (windows server) but our workstations are still connected to it. We have never changed the password so we are not sure what is going on. When we go into windows credentials and see the server there is no show button so we can see the password. I rem in Windows 10 I was able to see it. How can i see the password?

Our workstations still have full access to the server.

    Hi @Pasha

You can't see the password in Windows Credentials because it is encrypted. However, you can reset the password for the server. You can use the Credential Manager to reset the password. You can also use the command prompt to reset the password. Here is an example of how to reset the password using the command prompt:

    1. Open the command prompt as an administrator.
    2. Type "net user [username] *" and press enter. Replace [username] with the username for the server.
    3. You will be prompted to enter a new password. Type the new password and press enter.
    4. You will be prompted to confirm the new password. Type the new password again and press enter.

    Hope the information is helpful.

    Best Regards,
