ExchangeServer2019のインストール時に「不整合な状態にあります」というエラーが出てインストールできない

ExchangeServer2019のインストールのためSetup.exeファイルを実行したところ「Exchangeは不整合な状態にあります。障害回復モードのみを使用できます。Setup /mode:RecoverServerを使用してこのExchangeServerを復元してください。」というエラー画面が出てインストールを進められない状態となりました。

メッセージにある障害回復モードやSetup /mode:RecoverServerを使用する方法がわからない状態であるためお教えくださいませんでしょうか。
