I'm trying to get runbooks via the webapi. I can authenticate find with my default credentials and then when I use a GET on the runbooks hook, I get a weird response that I can't make sense of. I have several runbooks when I use the console but none seem to show up here.

    Hi,

It seems like you are facing an issue while trying to retrieve runbooks via the System Center Orchestrator WebAPI. The response you are receiving might be unexpected or not as you would have anticipated.

For this case, try to enable logging for the WebAPI if possible, so you can see any potential errors or detailed information about the API requests and responses.

I found that none of the roles that the application pool service user had in the sql database included SELECT to the authorizationcache table. Once adding that permission to a role everything worked fine.
