Hello, dear Microsoft Community!
I hope you're all having a great day.
I recently got a job as an IT guy in a company, and we have been having all kinds of network problems, from WIFI disconnection-reconnection, camera problems, and the most annoying one is the printers working now and not working tomorrow.
The printer is Xerox VersaLink C7100 (Attached to this discussion is a photo of the printer).
My colleague and I have tried different solutions that work, such as changing the static IP address of the printer, removing the printer drivers and uninstalling the printer's app and then downloading an reinstalling the printer app and driver. Those solution work, but the reason behind why it works today but not tomorrow on certain PCs is still unknown to us.
We suspect the network to be the main problem, but I wanted to ask you guys as well to give us some insight into the problem.

is it possible to use a wired connection for a while to see if the wifi is the bottleneck?

The problem is we have many users within the office, and we cannot connect everyone's laptop through wired connection. What is another suggestion/solution you have, please?

I was hoping the WIFI network was integrated into a wired network. Perhaps the WIFI router has an RJ45 port available for connecting to the printer?
Otherwise, try contacting Xerox.
I am sorry for misunderstanding your point.
That's a good idea to try. I will tell my superiors to do so, and hopefully they will accept, and it will solve the problem.

Do your Computers use Intel Network Drivers? I mostly solved a problem where Print Job got Stuck in the Printer Queue until it errored out. Does this sound like your problem?
