Labelling Tools in Azure Form Recognizer

Question

Hello.. Azure has provide Labelling Tools to annotate form document, either in Azure Form Recognizer dashboard, or using FOTT.

I wonder, instead of using Azure Dashboard & FOTT to annotate, can I used third party Labelling software like CVAT or other that I can convert to Azure format, and then I upload the dataset & the annotations to Azure Storage? Then train the model.

If this possible, could you assist me how?
Is there's any annotate format that Azure use?

I don't think we can use third party Labelling tools.
